NEW! Handwriting Analysis of New York Times Square Bomber's Signature:

Should You Call the Police
If You Got This In The Mail?
The return address on the envelope that held this letter is a prison in the USA. The writer, a male serving time for fraud, writes these letters to a woman he has seen on TV. She does not write back.
Notice the strokes that dominate the page, crossing multiple lines. Right away I wonder "Does this man cross the line in other areas?" Does he ignore norms? Evidently, with his forgery background, yes. Also, see how he ignores rules of written English, randomly capitalizing, inconsistent in his punctuation. He probably approaches life that way. Some times he'll follow the rules, then unpredictable, he won't. Traits that may have served him well in a honest lifestyle make him a skilled criminal - the persistancy in his t-bar crossings and the mostly high position of the t-bar sho he aims high & feels good about himself. Maybe that's why he believes he's in jail and "it's all just a misunderstanding, not his fault etc."
